Super toffe vakantie gehad. Camping is klein, prachtig gelegen en heel rustig. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij verbleven in een nette, grote stuga (de Svanen) met schitterend uitzicht op het meer.
Ook een nachtje in de tent op het vlot geslapen (de Storlom), hele leuke beleving!
Ook het bootje en het varend vlot gehuurd om het meer op te gaan, was keurig geregeld allemaal.

My son and I had a fantastic holiday at Värmlandsgården. From the very first moment, we felt welcome. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful – you really notice that hospitality is paramount here.
The campsite facilities are excellent: everything is well-maintained and clean. This made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. A big plus!
We also booked a 6-day canoe trip through the campsite. What a fantastic experience! Everything was perfectly arranged: from the route and the equipment to the information provided beforehand. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful nature and the tranquility of the Swedish outdoors.
We will definitely return here in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-organized location in the heart of Sweden.

We booked the 7-day Northern Bergslag canoe tour. The tour can also be completed in a relaxed 6 days. There are opportunities for campfires and fishing. You can also bring a lot of gear in the three-person canoe. For example, we brought 20 cans of beer and 2 bottles of schnapps. You should be careful around Lake Deglunden, which can have very high waves in strong winds. A nice pensioner called this lake Blaselund. He told us this after we capsized. The only negative thing is that the fish could be larger. We released the small fish.
We are thrilled about the great experience and happy to have survived the capsizing. We didn't see any bears either.
