Family canoe tours Värmlandsgården

Paddle through the countless lakes and rivers surrounding Värmlandsgården (Sweden) and experience the wilderness from your canoe. Set up camp on one of the beautiful islands, grill a freshly caught fish over a crackling fire, and watch the sun set over the lake.

All our trips are self-guided. This means you set off independently, equipped with a route description and map. You decide your own pace and can stop wherever and whenever you like along the way.

Before departure, you will receive detailed information. During the trip, you make your own choices and take full responsibility for your experience. This not only provides freedom and flexibility but also adds a touch of adventure to your tour. You will camp in the wild at suitable spots while respecting the Swedish right of public access (“allemansrätten”).

Please note: not all lakes, rivers, and canals are connected. Portages are part of every trip.
